When using the support features of Woodcraft, such as “Contact Us”, we collect personal information such as your email address, the version number of the application you are currently using and the type of hardware that you are using, in order to assist in your query. When using the “Online Gallery” feature, a user may be identified through its Twitter handle. This twitter handle is stored on our servers when you upload a project to the gallery, to identify which user has uploaded which project.

Woodcraft also collects, through 3rd party software integration, aggregate information about usage. This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware, OS information, which screens are visited and how navigation occurs. This information is used to improve the product’s quality and identify usage trends. No personal information is collected.

Woodcraft records application failures, through 3rd party software integration, for analysis and to improve the application. This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware, OS information, application version and application debugging logs. This information is non-identifiable and cannot be linked back to any personal details of a particular user.

The information that Woodcraft records is used to improve application quality (through reducing application failures) and identifying usage trends to optimize application workflow.

Children’s Privacy

We recognize the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Woodcraft is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Woodcraft gathers projects in the online gallery using HTTPS protocols only, employing a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. As such, internet traffic created by Woodcraft can only be decrypted by our servers.
